Finding a replacement was invaluable
My granddaughter lived with me and everything she touches goes to another place she never puts anything back. I’ve been looking for 3 months now. It’s a pain not having this to turn up or down the surround system by doing it manually. I’m so grateful to have found a replacement.

Difficult to open
Replacing batteries in this remote is a challenge. We had to use a knife (suggested by U Tube).it works great once the 2 hour frustrating ordeal was accomplished!Seriously Samsung?? You can do much better.

Its basic
The remote works and connects to the TV with no problem. The issue is that every time I turn on the TV a message comes up saying the remote cannot connect and to press two of the buttons simultaneously to reconnect, but that never works. I end up having to wait about 10-20 seconds for the remote to reconnect to the TV. It has honestly become a nuisance, but I understand that for the price there has to be something wrong with the remote. Otherwise works fine.
