Seems like legit stuff. Kidney hurt the first day.
First off, the first 2 days I took it my kidneys were hurting so bad I thought I was going to pass a kidney stone. It may have been a coincidence but it was the only thing I had done differently so I assumed it was because of the high mineral content in the Shilajit. But I kept taking it and by the 3rd day the pain had subsided and hasn't come back.I gave my mom 1 dose and her kidneys started hurting the next day and kept hurting for almost 2 weeks.I told her maybe she needed to take more of it? 🤷♂️ LolBut she was too scared to keep trying it and it eventually subsided.I used to get kidney stones all the time before I changed my diet, turns out it we dairy causing them.I'm not sure if it broke something up or what, but, 🤞 let's hope, no more kidney pain for me so far.The flavor is actually nice, kind of smoky when you put it in water, sort of like an earthy black tea.As far as an energy boost goes, not that I've really noticed, maybe slightly, but I do have other health problems that aren't going to fix themselves immediately.I have noticed myself waking up slightly earlier and going to bed a little earlier, that may be a coincidence, or it could be my body gravitating towards a more balanced sleep schedule as I do tend to stay up kind of late.I've been taking pea sized servings 2-3 times a day for the past few weeks.I may use a little more than some people but I wanted to make sure I was using an efficacious dose as it's hard for me to find something that actually gives me energy as I'm pretty much fatigued all the time.I've taken close to half of the 15G jar now so it does last awhile, especially if you used less.Update: I've finished the jar and it did last a couple of months even taking a good pea sized dose 2-3 times a day.I'll see if my energy decreases over the next few days until another brand comes in, and I'll update this if I feel any different either way.I wanted to try a few different brands to see if there's a difference as this is my first time buying Shilajit. This seems like a good brand for the price, although I think there are some better ones out there? I'm not really sure.

Love it
Helps with energy levels cognitive function, all kinds of benefits. I put a little bit in my hot tea in the mornings. My husband puts a little bit in his coffee every morning and so far so good. The results are great. I recommend you try and see the benefits.

very very strong!
i gave it five stars, thought about four but it’s merely the taste but it’s no reflection on the seller or quality of the product itself but first i tried a cheaper version, the taste wasn’t great but started to grow on me… it was similar to the old breath mint sen-sen. it seemed strong and helped an incurable fatigue i’ve suffered from for more than 40 years but this is stronger… to the max! the taste can’t be helped, i tried diluting in maple syrup and also several table spoons of chocolate frosting and the ashy taste is still so very strong but seriously i think i will deal with ut because as i was micxing to dispel the taste i was tasting teeny bits to see if ut was even slightly palatable, im consumed with energy like i haven’t had since my teenage years! if i find something that will change the taste i’ll update my post.

Not the best quality, feeling sick
In general, I am not very pleased with this resin. At first, I felt like it was giving my cells new life and more energy. But, I still had a bit left over from a previous shilajit container, the purblack brand and found myself eventually gravitating towards this every time I felt the craving to take some shilajit. I decided to compare them side by side. When I gave them both a deep whiff, my body rejected the chuga brand, gagging and coughing... it definitely smelled 'dirtier' and more 'dead.' Also, the taste is significantly worse. I muscle tested myself with both and again, the same negative reaction to the chuga resin. And when I mediated on why this may be, the answer that kept coming up was because of the impurities, heavy metals, etc. that my body cannot handle.I've been a very clean eater for about 15 years now, trying to avoid sugar, eating organic produce, meats, oils. The vast majority of my diet consists of veggies, fruit and fermented foods. I read labels on everything, always try to make my own food. Drink purified water with minerals added back in.. I'm a holistic health consultant and have in the past recommended shilajit to clients, church members, and friends. I was trying to find a more economic way that more people could feel the positive benefits I had from taking shilajit in the past.Though, at some point while taking this brand for only about 3 weeks, my stomach started to hurt very badly, like sharp little knife cuts in my lower intestines. I woke up with a lot of pain one night and my digestive system has not been the same since then. I've been weak, lethargic, internally cold (not fun during MI winters), experienced a lot of acid reflux, and nauseous, none of which is normal for me at all. I don't want to really eat food and when I do, it's very small portions. The only thing I changed in my daily regimen was taking this shilajit. By the way, this never happened to me while I was taking the purblack brand. Apparently, there seems to be a vast difference in the quality levels of some shilajit resins. Or perhaps the ionic silver and gold that is in the purblack shilajit helps offset the negative effects from impurities & heavy metals? And my guess is, my body couldn't handle whatever trace amounts of toxins are in this resin because of a consciously clean diet. I am going on a Daniel's Fast and I am confident that whatever was the issue will get resolved because my confident hope is in Jesus and not in the things of this world. No more shilajit for now, I learned a lesson to be careful with this substance. I will be more sensitive to what the Spirit of the Lord tells me to do for my health, especially now that I need a reset/detox. Hopefully, no one else has the results I experienced.

not certain how good this is.....
First time buying this product type. And I definitely do not feel the zoom zoom feeling that nearly every ad, for this type of product says one should experience after taking this supplement. Its been a month.
