First of all we love this fan! Secondly I want to praise the Sufucor Store for their great service. We lost the remote recently and I requested a replacement. They were very attentive and sent us out a replacement remote at no charge after two years. Wow, this is unheard of these days! Thank you Sufucor! The fan is installed on our patio and it works great for us. The light is very versatile as it has different colors and brightness options. This fan runs several hours a day during the summer months and gives us a nice breeze while we are enjoying the outdoors. I would definitely recommend this fan.

This is our third fan from this company. This time, we had a slight problem installing the fan on a pitched ceiling. After contacting Sofu Co. directly, they were able to help with our concerns—excellent customer support and service!The fan blades are real wood and the motor is quiet. The fan puts out a lot of air, even at low speed levels. We feel that the fan offers a tremendous value at the price point.

This is the 5th fan I have purchased. I have 3 in bedrooms, one in the kitchen and this one is for my living room. These fans are quiet. They are sleek and offer a straight down light as opposed to the ones with sconces that hit you in the eyes as you lay down to sleep. The lighting and fan speed controls offer excellent choices. I am very happy with the fans.

The media could not be loaded. I had a ceiling fan that was between three and four years old, the receiver went out, and a new receiver would have cost more than this fan did.This is a decent fan, but does require some work adjustment.It generates good air, and the ability to adjust between lighting, from the bright white laboratory light setting to the yellow softer light is a nice function.When I initially set it up, it had some wobble. I also noticed on the paperwork that the warranty was two years yet the ad/description online says three years.I wrote the seller, and they advise that the wobble is due to the long rod, and that the warranty is for three years.Subsequent to this the fan began making sounds, in addition to the wobble. I will include that video but when I try and include, subsequent videos am unable to, so I will add those separately.I ended up doing the following as the sound was getting very irritating.I disassembled the fan, by removing the light fixture and the blades, leaving only the mount/rod/motor. I then operated it, and this was without wobble, although there was a sound from the motor, and I don’t know if the sound is part of the function or if there is something wrong with the motor.I also weighed the following.Blade 1 - 369 gBlade 2 - 365 gBlade 3 - 366 gBolts with respective washers to mount the blades, 8 g each.Balancing clip and 2 adhesive weight clips, 5 g each.I ended up, after trial and error, placing an adhesive weighted clip at the end of each of the lighter blades, and this improved the wobble greatly, as well as the sound.There is still a sound, when changing speeds or slowing down. I will have to add this as a separate video because when I try and do it all at once, I am not able to submit the review.Overall, I think this is a decent fan, it will require some adjustment, and the price point was great. I will update this to add additional videos, fan operation update, and seller update.

great fan but terrible install instructions. Once I got it installed I loved it. I forgot parts and had to take it down and back up several times. Fan is attractive, lightweight and has smooth operation. Remote is convenient and easy to use. No wobble and no adjustments required.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really like the solid wood blades and the remote control I bought two at the same time and one of them has an issue with light blinking But customer service has been great with helping resolve the issue If I need more I definitely buy From them. I highly recommend these fans

Arrived on time. Easy to install. 52” perfect for bedroom and gives off a nice breeze even on level one. On highest setting fan is still stable and very quiet. Walnut blades with black frame/trim very pretty for coastal decor. Like the ability to switch light from cool to warm. Light output is great. What a GORGEOUS fan! I'm not sure how long it will last but it is beautiful, quiet, and moves plenty of air, even on setting #1. The paper instructions are not at all clear and the QR code on the box that is supposed to link to a video comes up as "Private Video" on youtube but when I did a search by product name, I found a few videos that helped me. (You have to rotate the rod until it drops down from the ceiling bracket)The color temperature and dimmer don't have great range but they will work fine and do satisfy my teenager.Especially when the price is considered, this is a win and I would by another one. (but I'm tempted to order a remote now, just to have one around)
