Does this leave a wet film like most lubricants or a dry film like dry lubricants?

It leaves a wet film that eventually turns into a sticky, gummy film. I've stopped using the stuff. It's also discolors/corrodes 80CRV2 steel, so don't use it on your nice knives.

I always used military surplus CLP that just isnt cutting it anymore my bcg keeps stickin will this stop that from happening?

Anyone who says it will gum things up is not using it correctly. After heat and application of Froglube, then you are supposed to wipe it down to remove extra.

I have never tried it on bike parts. However, I used it on a weapon I bought very cheap that was not well cared for. Not only did it remove the rust that was on the screws that held the scales on the grip, but it kept them from rusting again. There are several videos out there that show what froglube is capable of. I would recommend checking them out. Just remember, once it is heat treated, you don’t want excessive amounts as it will hold dust and grime. Wipe off after heat treat. It leaves enough on to provide the lubricant.
