How much can the lifter push up in order to put the dollys underneath

What am I doing wrong? The extension rod doesn’t fit snugly into the lifter. It is so loose that it slides right out.

You are correct, the extension rod does not fit securely to the lifter. You will not need to push or pull with the lifter. Just put it in place, then push down. At that point you’ll move the wheeled platforms into place. Sorry no video today. My product is safely tucked away in the closet.
