I learned how to knit 25 years ago. I've always wanted to learn how to crochet. I bought this kit 2 years ago, tried a few times and gave up. I recently got it out again and watched a ton of YouTube videos and finally figured it out. The yarn isn't the best but it's great for practice.Has everything you need to get started. I've been crocheting a few different things and I'm having trouble keeping counts, Today I discovered there's row counters included in the kit and I'm laughing at myself for not realizing it sooner. You also get a pair of scissors which I didn't realize until today. Or maybe I saw them 2 years ago and forgot. 🤣I appreciate all the different sizes of hooks I've been able to practice on a lot of different things with all the included tools.

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend’s sister, and she absolutely loved it! She was pleasantly surprised by how much yarn it came with, along with the extra needles and accessories she didn’t even expect. She picked it out and sent me the link, and we were both really impressed with the quality and value for the price. Definitely a great buy for anyone into crafting or knitting!

I had a very beginners knowledge of how to crochet but didn't know much. With this kit and a few online videos, I am well on my way to being completely addicted to crocheting. This kit has everything that you will need to get started. The yarn is not the best quality but it works great for learning. The scissors are super sharp, the hooks are a good quality and there are a few extras that I don't even know what they are... yet. If you're looking to start a new hobby that's lots of fun, I recommend this kit.

The reason I bought this kit is because it had all the tools I need and more to learn how to crochet. The yarn is cheap, yes, but the purpose of the kit is to use the cheap yarn to practice. There are plenty of places where you can get affordable yarn that’s sturdy. It’s been a year since I bought this kit and I throughout all the yarn 😭. I haven’t purchased a single hook or anything else besides yarn since buying this kit. The yarn needles are too thick so if you’re thinking to buy something, buy some metal yarn needles. When I need to weave in my ends the plastic ones provided in this kit are too big and create holes in my work (depending on the yarn I’m using). Overall it’s great to not spend a lot of money on getting the individual supplies and at least I have somewhere to hold everything! 10/10 recommend!

Everything is well organized . Love the colors of the yarn very vibrant. The tote is so cute! Everything works well. I crochet for 1 summer when I was a teen. Just got back into crochet I love it. It's so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful kit!

All the tools (crochet hooks, stitch markers, booklet etc) are great. The yarn itself though is really unpleasant to work with - rough, coarse, sticks to itself and picks up ALL the animal fur if you have any cats/dogs. It's not soft and whatever you work up is really stiff and doesn't drape. I know it's a beginner's kit at a good price point, but gosh if I were a beginner I think I would be turned off from crochet by the unpleasantness of working with this yarn!

Perfect for learning or taking on a trip. The colors are lovely. 55 yards per color is terrific for small or partial projects. I enjoy having the box of necessities with dividers. Relaxing way to sit and listen.
