Good overall but the packaging and accessories missing.
The media could not be loaded. Packing needs to improve a lot because aluminium is easy to bend when transported. And platform is not included with this for scaffold use /——\. Overall this purchase will help my needs and use.

Got this folding type ladder three days ago and used it extensively. The ladder is sturdy even full length use (12 feet). ladder comes with two stabilizers as separate attachment for safe using. Also two wheels are provided separately which you can attach with stablisers for easy moving when not in use. Spanners also provided for assembling stabilizers. One year warranty is given by default. if you register this product over internet you will be given one more year extended warranty. Easy to use. Satisfied with the quality. Must for every house.
