I was wondering the same thing, and after much research found this mask listed on the FDA Gov website. In Google, search for "Appendix A: Authorized Surgical Masks" and click on the 1st search result. Now you'll be on an FDA website. Hit CTRL-F and type Chengde to search for all words in the page with Chengde, and the browser will scroll down to what appears to be this mask listed in Appendix A. Appendix A is a list of all FDA EUA masks. You may also see this mask's ratings by Googling "International Assessment Results – Not NIOSH-approved". Click the 1st result. You'll now be on a CDC website. Scroll down and click the "Open All" button. Again, do a text search for Chengde, and you'll see 2 masks this company makes listed. I'm not sure which one is the correct one, but they both filter out more than 95% of cooties. Just FYI, this mask is not supposed to be NIOSH approved - that's a rating for N95 masks, so don't let "Not-NIOSH-approved" throw you off.

Are these masks washable/reuseable?

No, these masks are not washable. They are disposable, one-time use only. But some people use a couple of times more provided the mask is still clean.

Are these longer than 6 inches from nose-to-chin?

No. I would say about 4 1/2 inches. Also, I just confirmed that these masks are not niosh approved.

Can the nose clip flexibly adjusted? How is it look?

It is a adjustable metal nose clip, does not easy to break and not feel light or tight over your nose. When worn, the front and side display effects are very close to the face. Play a good protective effect.
