I’m pleased with the overall look and quality and weight of this lamp. Easy to assemble and has a very sturdy base. I did change the lampshade only because I wanted a different shape than what came with it. There’s nothing wrong with the original lampshade at all, I just wanted a different shape. I needed a light for that corner and this lamp fills that need and goes well with the decor.

This a very nice floor lamp with a nice lamp shade. It is replacing a more expensive lamp that I had for years. However, this lamp looks very nice and is the right size and design, situated next to a wingback chair! A good purchase!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the color of the finish and the style of the lamp. It was very easy to assemble, and had no missing pieces. It was as described in the photos and description. It is an asset to the room.

Nice quality, sturdy lamp. Attractive scroll. Shade could be just a little larger, but aside from that, very nice.

I am very happy with this lamp. It arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and fits beautifully in a corner of a bedroom for supplemental warm light. It requires lightbulb that is not included but I happened to have one with a soft warm light. It is solid, attractive and it works. I would not put a pole lamp in a traffic area, but this is in a corner by a wall and looks great.

The only reason I gave this 3 stars and not 5 is I don't know about durability yet. I will revisit in a few months if it holds up. Lamp is very easy to assemble and all the whining about the lampshade is from people who apparently didn't read the instructions. Our shade went together perfectly and any wrinkles have now disappeared. The shade could be a bit larger but I'm pretty sure they cut costs by using the same shade as on their table lamps. Anyway, this is a terrific lamp at a great price!
