Missing 4 pieces
This is the 15th Ravensburger Escape puzzle we've done (759 & 368 piece puzzles). The quality is usually good, though sometimes the images can be too dark and the clues hard to decipher. But this puzzle had three problems: 1) it was missing 4 pieces - surprising and highly disappointing; 2) the unicorn and rainbow were pretty, but too much of the puzzle is rocks, water, trees and plants - pieces that are boringly indistinctive, thus making it somewhat tedious to assemble; and 3) six of the seven clues were straightforward, but the tiny butterflies had only a start arrow and a non-obvious procedure (even after reading the solution). Cannot recommend this one, even if it had all the pieces. It wasn't as much fun as the Vampire Castle 759, Museum 368, or Wizard School 368.

Not Ravensburger quality
My daughter wanted us to do a unicorn puzzle together, but this one was absolutely awful. Pieces went in more than one location (not typical of Ravensburger), and puzzle doesn't match the box (see screenshot of unicorn body and butterly location. Both together made this one extremely aggravating. After spending more than half an hour trying to sort out which pieces were correct in the top section and which were not, I am throwing this one in the trash. Buy something else.

Disappointed---2 corner edge pieces missing and about 4 other pieces as well
I purchased this puzzle for my granddaughter. She was so excited when I gave her the box. (We are a family who enjoys getting together to do puzzles.) We separated the edge pieces and started in. The girls were reading the game effect to the puzzle--wondering what all the numbers on the pieces were about. We started putting the edge pieces together--to be disappointed and frustrated. Two corner pieces missing and other four other pieces as well. I have never been so disappointed in a new puzzle--sealed and still pieces not available. I will never purchase another Ravensburger puzzle again. $24.00 plus shipping for nothing!

Unicorn was the worst
I only buy Ravensburger puzzles because of the high quality and I have enjoyed their other Exit puzzles. However, this unicorn puzzle was bad on all levels. All the border pieces are the same shape and the visuals are so tiny, I felt like I was going blind trying to determine if pieces fit together. Also, the usual Ravensburger click to the pieces was not there. There was so much of the same color, assembly became boring and tedious.I solved enough of the puzzles, but a few were so ridiculous unless you could read the creator's mind.My advice, skip this one. Sorry.

Difficult and Missing 3 Pieces
This puzzle was more difficult than we expected for a level 3 puzzle under 1000 pieces. After taking longer than expected to complete, we were disappointed to find we were missing 3 pieces. We did wander off and come back to continue working on the puzzle, but we looked all over and we’ve never lost puzzle pieces or had missing pieces before so I believe the puzzle was actually missing pieces. The sheen on the puzzle also reflected light so it was difficult to see the details to solve the additional puzzles.I think the concept of an “escape the room” puzzle is interesting, but I think it could be executed more effectively with a more developed story.
