It does cover ears on a normal sized head. The beanie would work well for temps as cold as 10-15°F

Can i wear this in the summer ?

I do not wear the one I have in the summer. But it is very light and thin material. So with that being said, it's possible it can be worn in the summer without getting too hot.

Good bang for the buck.

This is thin but warm. In Southern California the temperatures don’t drop too low but it’s more than adequate for temperatures around 50° F/10°C or so. Part of this also depends on how warm you feel. I’ve even slept comfortably with this on.I got this to replace the ceramic threaded version, I lost a couple years ago. I can’t say it it’s too far different.

Fitted and warm beanie

In-between season Beanie

Bought this for my man for Christmas because he shaves his head & it gets cold. He said the hat is not warm enough for extreme winter weather, but is perfect to wear as a base layer, or just to put on to go outside in cool weather. Kind of an in-between season beanie. Fits his head perfectly, but I think he has a bigger head.
