It does give a little bit of a energy boost, even though it is not on the same level as something like caffeine or nicotine. But it is better than nothing.Another benefit though is that extra fiber, that really helps movement for me in the bathroom.

I have to have a low sodium diet and it’s hard to find snacks with less than 50 mg of sodium. I was so excited to buy these because they taste so good and they give a burst of natural energy. I think these are the perfect healthy snack.

Snap audible and grace taste

These are normally awesome. I ended up doing a subscription but the last bag that arrived seemed like it was fermented as soon as I put it in my mouth I spit it out. I tried to return but understandbly you cant on food. I atleast wanted them to know they had spoilage on some of these to be mindful about how it is stored. Tried to write out the lot # in notes but never heard back. When they are not spoiled- awesome healthy snack, otherwise gross- better off buying in store they will be more understanding if the product is spoiled because it needs to be stored correctly.

This was one of the best snack finds I have had. Healthy snack that is actually good and tasty. It came packaged well with no issues. Definitely a repurchase for me.

I am surprised by the reviews.. these taste so badly. I am very disappointed and wish I could get my money back. I can't even describe the weird flavor, but it does not taste edible.
