I absolutely love this and it's worth the purchase times 10!!

The best thing i like about it one is the colorhow when you put the handle down the timer starts in all the other ones you have to hit stat for the timerThe Dislikes it should come with more of the pads or matt’s on the bottom But love it so much it printed a lot of stuff for me so farthanks again for the best heat press again give it a 5 star I will tell everyone that this one os the best

I love this press have had it for a year now and it is absolutely amazing my only thing is now a year later I took my mat cover off to clean it and it ripped and I can't find any information on how or where to get a replacement and without the cover my mat slides all over the place making it hard for me to get things even , I found some covers on Amazon but only teflon ones that are plastic like and thats not what I want , I want one like the original that came on it . Other that that this product has been amazing and no problems out of it at all out of the 4 I have owned this has been the best by far . I included a picture of what I am looking for if anyone has any information on where to order a replacement.

We have had this press for a little over 2 months now and we have done quite a few items with it over that time period. We have done HTV and sublimation as well as lamination. (in the pics above are pot holders with HTV, mouse pad, can cooler and air freshener with sublimation)The press is very user friendly and has a great control panel.The control panel has two LED windows...the top window is the temp and the bottom window is the time. The fact that the panel automatically starts to countdown as soon as you close the top is a win win!! The foam handle on the grip also makes it nice.The pressure adjust knob located in behind the handle adjusts the top platen for a nice even pressure. The press heats up quickly to the set target temp and you will notice a slight + or - 2-3 degree deviation...don't worry though, this is normal and is pretty much the same on any heat press.The customer service team is also top notch! They are quick to respond to emails as well as Facebook or Instagram posts...This press is definitely well worth the cost!

Got one and had for almost a year. It worked great but broke. Great customer service though spoke with them and they helped solve the issue right away.

I'm in love with my new heat press! Not only is it my favorite color, but it was easy to set up. I love the ease of being able to set the timer and heat preference.

The media could not be loaded. This press took making tshirts to a different level!!! Ever since I’ve started using it, I haven’t had any of my vinyl rip off from shirts. The vinyl was on so good, that when I made a mistake.. I tried to rip it off and left a hole in the shirt! In the past I used the cricut heat press & my vinyl would always come off, but this one gets the job done in how much pressure it uses. I’ve had absolutely no issues & I’ve already made my money back that i spent by selling more tees.

I love the machine, however it takes forever to get to the heat setting and when the timer is complete, the bell never goes off until you life it. It's a loud whistle noise so if you have pets, beware.
