My hair still gets wet

I got me and my husband these swim caps and it makes swimming SO much easier to do for fitness because I can actually go for a 30 min swim and not then spend 2 hours showering and restyling and drying my hair. Really pleased with it. I've been able to swim 3 times this week without the rigamarole of my curly hair styling routine. And since my husband now has longer hair than me and still wont use a hair dryer it makes it so much easier to get him out to the pool too so we both get our exercise.I got large, he got extra large, I'm on the fence if I should've gone with medium, but my hair is on the shorter side for me right now so large will probably be perfect for as my hair grows out. I will mention it doesn't keep us bone dry, we both get dampness at the nape, but we wear our hair up in a high bun on top of our heads so the bulk of our hair stays nice and dry ( I notice the water mainly gets in when I swim butterfly though which is my most vigorous stoke, if I only swim breast or freestyle I can keep my hair entirely dry)I'm experimenting with google strap placement to get a perfect seal for my more vigorous swim strokes, today I did one loop of the googles down around the base of the cap and one up high above my bun and that did REALLY well just mildly damp at the nape after 5 laps butterfly. I bet this works perfect for you if you mainly wanna hang out in the pool with like splashing kids and paddle around a bit. my husband and I are ex swim team lap swimmers so flip turns vigorous swimming etc. and it's been great for keeping the bulk of our hair dry.

Perfect for my son

I really hate to write a bad review especially because it was designed a creative for my type for type of hair and I have short kind of like the awkward stage right now but it was in little twist you know so it was shorter and I've had it for about a week and a half maybe 2 weeks or so now and last week I went to pull it over my ear and a small piece tore off and what you can see on the 1st photo and then today I went to see if I could still wear it and I put my hands in to stretch it out and it just this big old chunk of material just came out just the way that you see it in the second photo I did report it to Amazon and so forth and they were kind to assist me with it and I was going to order another one as you know we suggested that I don't think I want to invest the money in it again because it seems like it's poorly made it but not stay over my ears and this is large for my head cuz I don't have a lot of hair and I don't wear my hair loose but I was always having trouble with it keeping my ears covered and it just kept going up or whatever I don't know and every time I pulled it down it was sweet back up and like I said when I pulled it down over my ears before a small piece came off and then today this whole big large chunk came out when I put my hands in to expand it to put it over my head it just pop like a balloon instantly so this is a very poor product I only gave it to one because he had to give it something but I don't recommend this product I wanted to very much like but it didn't work out unfortunately.. still on the hunt for a good swim cap and I must also say that I'm older and I have nerve damage in my hands and my arm so I'm not very strong and my hands and stuff are pretty weak there not strong and so for this to just come apart that way you would think I had the strength of Ten Men LOL okay thank you for listening
