Completely Disappointed — Product Was Faulty
This product was a disaster from the start. The tire provided was completely incompatible with the cycle frame — it simply didn’t fit. It’s shocking how such a critical mismatch could even make it through quality checks. What’s the point of a cycle if the basic components don’t fit together?This was not just inconvenient — it was a complete waste of time and effort. Would strongly urge others to avoid this product unless you’re ready to deal with major hassles right out of the box.

Arrived in good packaging
Usually while buying cycles online the main issue is damage and bent parts during shipping . Happy that the seller used adequate packaging and everything was good . The cycle is bit tall for me (175cms height) .Go for this cycle if you want a good daily commuter and very long distance rides ,Want to train for road bike events .Don't go for this cycle if you are into competitive cycling as this is a bit heavy for a road bike race even if you remove the extra fenders, racks etc.

Never buy this model cycle, It's showing Hero Sprint, But Delivered Hero Hawk, i am not sure what is the difference. Payed 9999 for Sprint, Hero Hawk available 7500 online. Hero already stopped this production, by mistake I ordered last month the delivery was perfect. After assembling side stand is Hitting the pedal. The wheel size very narrow not getting the control. I purchased this bycycle , writing this review after assembling n experience.Hero is brand ,so you don't need to worry about material used , n actually material is so good .you need to assemble it n ready to go.Seller n after sales support is very very friendlly. You get shop like experience while buying it online.Assembling is also easy like 5+5 =10

if you have chance to buy a bicycle offline go for this. their is always some damage during transport. the cycle is good. light weight.
