My zodiac quit climbing the walls. The old seal/fin was pretty well worn so I got this. When it came all folded I had my doubts about how well it would work as it had creases all though from being folded. However after following the instructions to leave it out in the sun on a flat surface, the folds are all out. Update : shortly after I put this fin on I had some issues with it coming off or folding under. In doing some research I saw that a worn foot pad could cause those issues so I ordered a new foot pad. I had no idea how worn out and smooth mine had become until I saw the bumpy surface of the new one. Since putting on the new foot pad with this fin, it works great. The zodiac is climbing the stairs and walls like it did when it was new.

snapped on well, I am a 60 year old woman. Looks good, but we'll see how long it lasts. I noticed all plastic has gotten thinner and cheap..........but more expensive. This "rubber" disc fin better last at least 3 years here in Arizona.

My barracuda would initially move but once it got flat on the floor it would stick. Tried everything I could, moved the weight, adjusted flow, backwashed, and checked hoses for leaks. My existing disc had no cracks or holes, diaphragm was intact and would pulse when off the floor, and I had replaced the foot about 8 months ago. searched the web trying to see if I could find information regarding when to replace the disc, but only found pictures and descriptions of cracks. Finally decided to just buy all new parts. Luckily this came first and once it was installed the cleaner moved normally again. Easy to install, it was actually harder to remove the old disc, just 5 minutes. Old disc was about 3 years old, I am assuming it finally lost it's flexibility. Having the other parts is fine as the diaphragm seems to split about every 9 months, the foot lasted 2 years so I know eventually I will be replacing them. Good price, came flat not folded as others reported and was easy to install.

Bought as a replacement for my Zodiac G3. Is a bit stiffer than the original but that’s not a negative-just a difference. Working perfectly and recommended.

In the florida sun in a pool, I have to replace this like every other year. It holds up.

Comes folded up, it's very difficult to get it to lay flat. I've ordered 3 other times, this is first time it came folder. much more difficult to deal with
