I have a question: After opening the packaging, the whole jar and insides were warm. Is the royal jelly still good, and will it last the 30 days as advertised? I refrigerated it right after opening it.Thank

I dislike that the product evaporated while in the refrigerator. Lost about an ounce due to evaporation while it was in the refrigerator. Not sure how to prevent it in the future because cap was rightly sealed

Fresh and packaged like they REALLLY care about their product! The little spoons are in the promo materials packet... which I opened long after I had already finished the product, but that's my fault. The TASTE... whoever reviewed this and said it tasted "GOOD" must have burned off all sensory preceptors on his tongue. "Horrible" is more accurate, but I'm not flavoring cupcakes with it, so I'm okay with it! Apparently bees don't care about taste anyway, so I just mix it with warmish water and some juice and chase it QUICKLY because that aftertaste is like petrol. I will order again... but I may look for some other form like capsules so I don't have to taste it! Bleeeech!

I was going to rate it a 3 on the account this is a very expensive and highly perishable product, and it was shipped in the middle of summer via USPS priority, no ice packs or nothing. These are packaged in glass jar but no ice packs or any other thrills. Some of the other manufacturers like Stakich outright ship their product in vacuum sealed plastic bags. Luckily my highly delicate product arrived in 3 days with no discernible deterioration of the product so I leave my review overall satisfied with quality and freshness of the product.Update : Got in touch with distributors, they say they refrigerate these , freezing them solid. Miss-leading product description, should clearly state it's not fresh.
