Q: why someone said It's no dentifrice, but someone said It's dentifrice swabs

The fruit green swab 100 pcs(Asin B07CP2JTRY) is dentifrice swabs, you could see bubble when you soak it into water. if you check the foam head carefully, you could find the dentifrice (white spot) on it.

Q: What is sodium bicarbonite

It's baking soda. I found there wasn't much on the swabs. I used them with a prescription liquid medication & they worked great. Also, I use them around the house for small hard to reach areas.

Q: Are these safe to use on a dog or do I need the ones with no dentifrice? Thanks

If you already have the ones with dentifrice you could rinse them if you're uncomfortable using them as is or buy the plain ones. I have some leftover (with dentifrice) & I'd use them on my dog if needed.

Q: What are the ingredients!

They don't have any flavor at all, just foam attached to plastic stick. I dipped in water because the foam is completely dry. I bought some for my mother who suffers from dementia thinking they might work, but she just bites them and won't let me clean her mouth.
