The media could not be loaded. Large capsule but great product! Not as lemony as some products out there so a little fishy burp once and a while but great value for heart, joint and eye health!

I just purchased another bottle.
I take Omega 3 for joints and my heart. I have a joint stiffness in my hands in the morning. I do not have any stiffness in my knees. I have been taking Omega 3 for quite some time because I really believe it helps. The pills are easy to swallow and there is no fish flavor.

Only problem I have is they are kinda large to swallow, so you'll need to really have a mouth full of liquid to swallow.

Good fish oil
Seems to be working well to help reduce inflammation. You get a good amount of pills per bottle so less need for constant reordering. These also reduce fishy after taste very well. If I take these with a meal there are no fishy burps or sharp overwhelming lemonyness. Score!
