I don’t think there is a warranty for it. However, if it’s defective call the company. They seem to be really good at doing the right thing

The power supply will work with 100-240v. It has a US plug.

Contact Amazon or the Seller about getting a booklet. As for online guidance, doing a quick google search on how to use a rock tumbler will help. You can also put your tumbler info into youtube and see someone setting it up and using it. A quick search of Amazon shows several books on rock tumbling as well as gemstone/rock identification.
