Confused about the 3"/3.5" measurements. the distance from clavicle to mandible is more like 6 inches! what am i overlooking? thanks!

Perhaps you have a very long neck but I’d suggest rechecking your measurements. I look for the shortest distance which is the back of the lower jaw under my ear and measure straight down the the clavicle making sure you head is held straight. I’m 5’ 7” male and get around 3 1/4” doing this alone and likely more accurate when using a highly trained assistant.

Yes. This is the neck brace I have. I would suggest getting the longer length unless your neck is small or for child. I have muscle spasms in my neck due to occipital neuralgia and neck surgery (cervical fusion) 13 years ago. I wear mine to sleep in to help keep my neck more stable. It definitely helps!! Very soft.
