We found that to consistently offer the highest quality products, we farm and produce in China. In addition to adhering to our strict chain of custody protocols, we have 3rd-party audits performed regularly on raw foods, food safety and production to ensure quality control at every step of the process.

What is the shelf life after opening ?

I didn’t keep the open packet for long. I say about a week after opening the single packet it was eaten. I couldn’t give you a good review as to how long before it is no longer crisp or palatable my apologies. This was in a semi warm cupboard as I live in Arizona and my pantry is on the wall with the most heat/sun during the August / September monsoon season. I hope it fairs well for you.

How can I get a refund? I received the wrong fruit and cannot contact the seller?

You can email the place where you ordered it but sometimes when you place your order it will tell you to contact them directly and I’m sure there’s some return address in your packages. Hope this helps
