The bolts included are sub par - but a good closer
I had one of these in the lighter strength, and I liked it so I got this second one. I had noticed with the first one that the screw heads stripped out pretty easily. This one though, the one bolt that ruins the whole thing if it fails, the head ripped off while tightening it. So of course to fix the problem I would have to drill out and replace the bolt which just seemed impossible to me. I left it as is, the arm does not seem it will come off without it on. Alternatively I think I could reposition and move the arm to the bottom. Anyway, complaint about the ripped off bolt head aside, the closer is great. The first one has lasted for years closing my door. This one has a little more pulling power for the heavier door and it works great too. They are very adjustable and easy to install. I like how well it works. I have noticed if you are using it 10 times in a row it gets a little fatigued on the closing part, but comes right back within a minute or so.

Works fairly well but makes the door a lot heavier to open
Just installed this at home for the door to my garage. Works fairly well although it took quite a bit of adjusting to get it to return slow enough to not slam but close hard enough at the end to actually latch the door.But it also makes the door twice as heavy to push open. Puts up a lot more resistance than I expected. Maybe the more expensive models do that better? The descriptions aren't very clear about the differences.
