Q: How do you clean this product properly after using it?

As long as you have a 10mm to take of the tenderizer wheels, gotta take off 4 nuts, pull off the gears and make sure you don’t lose the keys that hold the sprockets on. Then just clean me up and put it all together. Them keys are only like 1/4” long so they’re easy to loose. And they don’t come with a replacement so either make sure you have them both everytime you clean em or look for something with easier disassembly. Also just as a tip, if you do buy this don’t cut your steaks more than about 3/8” thick, otherwise it shreds the meat and ruins that cut.
