Excellent, replaced flow reducer that came with showerhead
I had a showerhead that came with a reducer that led to a very weak shower. But removing the reducer led to too much pressure. This worked easily to install and fix the issue (and select the reducer that worked best). Easy to use, easy to install, has been working great since installation.

Works, easy to install.
I put one of these on one shower. Water bill looks to be down about 10%. Save about $70 a year for me at least. No one seems to have noticed.

Simple and works
This was really simple to install and the different filters are great for testing until you find the right one. I got my pressure release valve replaced recently and needed to reduce my shower pressure and this works great. The metal holder is good quality and no leakage issues. Didn't need to use plumber tape to seal threads.

It works
This cost under $20, and took me about ten minutes to install (mostly because I was using Teflon plumbing tape that kept sticking to itself). Someone with more plumbing skills could probably install in a minute.Using the numbers from our utility bills:Before installation: 0.960 cubic metres per day (averaged over ten months)After installation: 0.773 cubic metres per day (averaged over two months)Combined water and wastewater utility rate in our town is $4.55 per cubic metre.Just installing this will save at least $310 per year in water bills alone; more if you include the cost of heating water for the shower.

Easy to install and they seem to regulate the water flow well.
We have a rain shower and a hand held in our bathroom. Neither of them had any water-saver feature. I ordered 2 of these kits. They seem to work very well. Pay attention to the video for installation. I used plumbers tape and followed the video demo. 4 stars for not having instructions nor a copy of the color-coded water volume info in the package. I had to keep referring to the order/listing on Amazon.
