FANTASTIC

I love this liner. I have tried dozens of liner trying to find one that doesn't melt off and smudge off my eye. This one stays put! It is expensive, but I usually pay $25.00 for one that doesn't stick so to me it's worth it.Customer service with this was excellent as there was a big delay in shipping for me, but they answered me and I was very satisfied with them.

Pencil tip broke off

The inner penicil broke off as soon as I tried to use it which usually means it's old or faulty so I wasn't satisfied at all with this product and would like to return it
