I have used these for some time to keep leftovers in the fridge.I cannot imagine that they could get any better than they are.The seals are leak proof and the closures work perfectly to snug down the covers.They are easy to clean and the material is strong, shiny and it does not retain any stains or odors.These would make a good gift for almost anyone because lots of people have never seen this type of container before. I will buy more of them for gifts.

Overall I can't really complain about these. They appear to be as advertised without any major issues.A magnet feels right for these being 304 stainless. The sides and lip are relatively magnetic likely due to the steel being cold worked.The seal for these fully fits in the trough/seat which is how it should work. Many containers like this seem to have oversized seals where half of the seal is raised above the trough/seat the seal fits in. I suppose those oversized ones do seal but they wind up with a ton of seal in contact with the contents of the container which is just unnecessary and winds up with a bit of mess because food will stick to the seal (powdery things like sugar/flour especially). Regardless, the seal on this doesn't have that issue because it fully sits in the seat/trough.The build quality of this is somewhat lacking but it is what I would expect for the price. The latches are a bit too lightweight, it is a bit thin, the latches are irregularly spaced, and there are only three spot welds on each latch.One of mine did have a defect where one of the latches isn't bent out enough which makes it difficult to open. I carefully bent it out a bit more to fix that. The latches are also a thin enough metal that I could see them being a bit annoying/painful for those with thinner skin.

Made of strong rigid material, they stack nicely inside each other for storage when empty as well as on top of each other when full taking up little space. Containers close tightly and are air- tight and do not leak if used for liquids. Bowls have a nice smooth polished finish on them which giving a nice appearance and if they get dirty they clean up very easily.Would definitely buy them again.

However, these latches are the worst! Bends the wrong way, break off, just does not compliment a quality container. Please do better.

I really like the size of these containers and that they are stainless steel so keep our food colder longer in the cooler.

The clips on one small unit wouldn't keep the lid pinned down and sealed due to the clip being damaged. That container can't be used properly since it won't seal shut. I'm going to assume the clips on the other units will likely become loose as well.If you're trying to keep away from plastics and other synthetics for your food storage, you may be better off hitting up a camping store for some stainless steel products that might actually survive unpacking and the first wash.

I bought 2 sets because of the fantastic price but then regretted it. Quality is mediocre as expected but the deal breaker was you have to open them to remember what was put in it.
