Boldly Growing Cedar Patio Planter with Shelf - BGSP76

Such a great planter!!! So easy to put together, great quality & wonderful for gardening! We have purchased the larger one for our family and the smaller one for my father. It's beautiful to look at and a lovely addition to any gardening space, but especially when you have a small area with limited space. Height is great, width is great, the shelf is great. Definitely recommend.

I bought this a few months back. I did not put it together until today though. The reason I put it together today was that I was looking into buying another planter, and was leaning towards another brand one. But I thought I should check this one out before I made a final move. Well, I have to tell you I was very pleasantly impressed by the ease and will thought out design of this planter.it is well built with guide holes that actually meet up and are well counter sunk. Not to mention it is cedar. The bottom slats on the bed make for great drainage and aeration. They also provide good barrier fabric to keep everything in.They go out of the way to provide assurance that if there is a problem they will do everything possible to correct it.Well, I decided I liked what I saw and experienced so much that I would buy my second planter from them.If you are unsure. Don’t be. It’s a great planter!!

Quality parts and engineering creates a handsome and sturdy planter. Easy to follow instructions - assembled in no time. Previous planters would blow over in high winds- especially winter storms - this one stayed in place all year! Use it for growing herbs...cedar smell compliments the herbs. Looking for a cover / greenhouse topper. Highly recommend - great price, great quality.

These have with stood alot of weather and wind . They were easy to out togather and the perfect size . The price was a bit much wish it was cheaper so I could buy more but once these wear out I would definitely buy again. The height is good and the functionality is good. The are sturdy and not to heavy

Very well thought out. Took me a couple hours but I just had back surgery and wearing a brace. Only needed help holding the shelf in place while I put the bolts in. All the holes lined up...no complaints. Watching the assembly video sure helped. Dropped a star because the planting depth is only 9 inches...I would gladly pay extra for a 12 inch model. Fair price, quality product like the title says....IMPRESSED.

Okay first let me say I am not affiliated with this company and this was my first purchase. I also don't think I've ever reviewed something this high without fully using it first. Now, let me give you about 479 reasons to buy any of these raised bed planters... I have always been a little gardener in my apartments with potted plants but recently bought my first home and am THRILLED to have a full fledged garden. Well... The deer and raccoons have other ideas. So screw them critters, let's get a raised bed planter and lock it up in some fencing! Well first I called my brother in law, a practiced carpenter, how much to build?? Well we decided he'd price to build and I'd shop. So to Amazon I go! I looked at EVERYTHING. This was in my price range so I sent it to him. He said it looked great and he definitely couldn't build one as cheap, reason #1. So I bit the bullet and said let's buy three! Woo! I'm a VERY handy woman as I grew up in a house with an electrician/carpenter father. I love to buy and build furniture from whatever store or website you could name. It's my retirement plan. This was BY FAR, the easiest assembly I've ever done, reason #2. If you aren't handy, they have the QR code for their YouTube videos right on the instructions! I watched one anyway just for peace of mind and let me tell you, they are complete and thorough, a child could follow... If they could use power tools, reason 3. The cedar wood is INCREDIBLY light and smells soooooo good, reasons 4 and 5. Literally I could lift this myself but carrying around you need 2 people just because of the length, I think I could move it but my fiance was here so why not use free labor. Listen to this... I BOUGHT THREE... EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. had the correct and correct amount of hardware. Brilliant, reason 6. Reason 7, it's freaking beautiful and is going to fit my plants soooo nice. Reason 8-479, this company put thought into EVERYTHING. The packaging. Let me tell you the amount of times I have bought something and the packaging filled my whole recycling bin and half my garbage can, it's the literal worst. They use the minimum amount of styrofoam and unrecyclable materials as possible (see my pic of the waste). Shipping was crazy fast too. My fiance asked why I put the company emblem on it even though it's an optional step, and I said I was so dang happy with it that I wanted to show others where I bought it without having to pull up my Amazon. Everything about this purchase was smooth and I couldn't be happier. If you've made it this far in my review, I hope I have convinced you to buy this because they are truly a great company to deal with, especially buying 3 and having ZERO issues. Happy planting!!

This is absolutely beautiful and easy to assemble. High quality and looks great on my deck.

I waited to write a review on this box for a few months to make sure I gave it an adequate amount of usage. I used my box as an elevated planter for my pots so that I don’t have to bend down to tend to them. It was easy to put together, clear instructions and solidly crafted- I loved the cedar scent as soon as I opened it up. Since I’ve used it only for the purpose of keeping potted plants in it, I know it will hold up for my next season, as I plan to keep it protected from the elements. I will very likely buy more for next season! I thought it was a reasonable price for this product.
