Lovely cinnamon which tastes so different to the stuff from supermarkets. I use daily in my salted caramel protein shake for the health benefits and because it tastes awesome! Great value bag

It says it's genuine Ceylon but..
I am no expert, I have compared to some Cassia cinnamon labelled as sweet cinnamon that I bought in supermarket. The colour of this true Ceylon cinnamon is just sightly lighter than store bought.Taste is sweet and smells nice and sweet too.Store bought brand is sweeter in taste and smell.Hard to know who to trust, store bought could be altered to enhance sweetness who knows.Got to trust this brand is what it says on the label..
