365 by Whole Foods Market, Wax Paper, 75 Sq Ft

After being unable to find Cutrite wax paper in my area, I've had to use Reynolds Waxtex. I use waxed paper to wrap my husband's sandwiches for work every day. Reynolds has apparently decided to not only make the paperboard of the box thinner, but also remove the inner cardboard core. These two combined make it a nightmare to tear the paper. So, I decided to try this waxed paper. It is fantastic!! It is a little thicker than Waxtex, but not prohibitively so. Even better, it has a cardboard core. Tearing it is not frustrating. Yes, it costs a little more. The lack of frustration is so worth it.

I bought the wax paper for my grandkids to use. At the playground the slides get dirty and prevents a ‘good’ slide. By running the paper on the slide they can glide down without getting stuck. Works great - just be sure to dispose of properly.

I usually buy waxed paper from a less expensive or specialized store but I added it to my whole foods list b/c I was out - this is better than the kind I usually buy! It's thinner but much sturdier. And it's unbleached (brown) and less bleach in the world never hurts. This will be my new go-to.

This was actually the cheapest wax paper out of any grocery store around.

I'm used to the was paper I've used for decades, sort of white and thicker. This wax paper is thin and sort of brown. Maybe it's more natural. I assume it will work fine.
