yes, there are 2 dauber brushes. no big brush for polishing. 1 soft cloth for finish polish. only black polish. nice set.

Q: Can I use this for my Tall boots?

Yes indeed you can! There is enough cream and the brushes are suitable for such a task. I use these on jackboots and riding boots frequently.

Each jar is 1.5 ounces net weight

Q: How good are they with brown leather?

I have this for black and it works good. For brown you'd need to confirm the browns are close enough.
