This is my second box. I was at pre-diabetic for last couple years. I was not using any diabetic medicine, my levels was at the limit. With all my care and effort, I could not stop my weight gain and my sugar cravings were getting worse. Still blood sugar level was at the limit but it became obvious that I needed to do something. So Decided to try this ancient ayurvedic plant.The first day: Got 2 pills, 1 morning + 1 evening. I felt some decrease of sugar cravings.End of first week: I started to take 1 pill per day. Cause I can control myself and I do not eat all the sweets any more.End of 3 week: Still 1 pill per day. I started to get back my old self, decreased the amount that I eat. (I don't do any calorie counting diets. Just trying to eat like normal human , like I use to.)End of week 4: 1 pills per day is really enough. I do not get hungry between meals. My sugar cravings are gone.I am Mediterranean and so my diet. Very slowly I started to loose weight. But please note that I am not doing particular weight lost diet. Just trying to be fit and healthy and stay that way.I started to recommend this wonderful herb to my clients as well.

I ordered this product primarily for berberine, potential berberine effect on insulin resistance, and the combination with folic acid, as I tend to be reoccurring anaemic. Normally, dosing is based on average weight (60-75kg) and due to my weight (110kg, way above average), I've decided to take 1 pill in the evening (as recommended) and another one during the morning - always with the meal. Within 48h results, I was mind-blown; I have plenty of energy, allowing me to get more done in the day, including the gym after work. I've been struggling for the last 10 years to have several consecutive days in the gym, especially during job-stressful periods, but after including this supplement in my diet, I'm doing great. Researching a product, the sudden increase in energy could be due to its coQ10 content, but at this point, I really do not care. Before this product, I spent a decent amount of money trying and giving up on different supplements, but I think I will stick with this one for a bit. Highly recommend!
