Does this knife come with a warranty as most other Kerahaw knifes do?

Yes, Dividend is covered by life time warranty for the original owner. They guarantee their knives against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. It does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage, or breakage due to improper use, improper maintenance, accidents, loss, or theft.

Why is this Kershaw so expensive compared to their other knives? The materials aren't premium.

I got one couple of years ago for $70. Everything has shot up the last couple years. Really nice assisted opening knife. Carry it on vacation as it is cool looking (get lots of compliments), light, sharp and I'm not likely to break it. But I don't think it's good for everyday carry if you use a knife like I do. Recommend something like the Kershaw Link for EDC as it is also assisted opening and has a heavy blade plus $20-25 cheaper.
