Works great. Looks great. Our other motion sink wrapped out after a year. I anticipate the same here to be honest but time will tell.

The faucet was nice at first and I had no problems besides the touchless sensor not picking up on my hands unless they we right in front of it almost touching. The main problem is that the threads on the part that holds the nozzle pop out of place and it falls apart. All I use to make sure it is tight is my hand. After messaging the company, they quickly sent a replacement faucet that fixed the issue. Great customer service willing to help!

Update:We took out one more star!The sensor stoped working in less than a year.And now we have to buy another one and pay installation fees.We saw this item advertised on Amazon with specific features, and clicked on it, and we were right on the page. However, the item we bought was not the item advertised.Keep in mind:1. There are mix reviews and you need to make sure you are buying the item with features you are looking for. Don’t just buy for color and shape. They are all look like each other and the names provided by the provider does not provide additional information on what you are buying.We just bought an item without LED lights, while the advertising had shown us different things.2. We bought the “gold 5” item, and it is not gold or champagne, but a bit of orange.3. The flow is good and the feel is nice, but it is not what we wanted to order with features advertised.4. You would only be able to use it “touch-less.” Meaning you will leave it open and use it only with motion sensor. There are no options for normal use as usual if you decide to not do the motion sensor.5. It takes lots of AA batteries! So be ready for that. We were shocked it doesn’t connect to plug or something.Therefore, adding #4 and # 5 I just mentioned, you now have to spend a lot on battery fees.Overall, we would not recommend this item for the missing features and additional information like batteries and “only motion sensor” functionality which is not included in the main page.If we knew these are it’s features, we would not have bought it. Unfortunately, we installed it and then our handyman told us how it works and we both were upset learning of the features and missing information not provided by the providers so customers make an educated decision.I added a photo, which shows in comparison of 2 gold colors on lamp and candle holders, and a rusted urn-glass case. This “gold 5” is more like the rusted metal color on our urn.

This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. For half the price of the Kohler and Moen models it seems to be an easy choice.

Great looking and performance

Fairly easy to install and I am no expert. After one year of use, the handle keeps coming off. I can't tighten it down any further into the plastic. The plastic might be too deformed. Might try to put a piece of paper towel into the threads and see if that helps or is stupid idea. Frustrating!!!Update - Customer service reached out to me after my post and they shipped me the part free of charge. Excellent customer service. They go beyond!!!

Best product for this price.

When I purchased the faucet it was working well after it was professionally installed. It then started malfunctioning after a year. I can turn on the water with waving my hand over the sensor but now it won’t turn off when I wave my hand. I have to manually turn it off. I tried everything to fix it but won’t start working properly again. Also the faucet won’t work without using the sensor so it’s useless if it stops turning on when I wave my hand.
