This is marketed as a sports speaker, but it has so many uses. Absolutely love this speaker. I am hard of hearing and have used ear buds for years. That prevents me from using my hearing aids. It’s a PITA having to pull the buds out every time someone wants to talk. The nexgear is a great solution. I clip this to my shirt on top of my shoulder and I’m good to go. The battery easily lasts all day. I can put the volume on low and still hear what’s going on around me without disturbing others too much. Phone calls are clear and easy. Volume is crazy loud if needed. No it’s not pristine sound when playing music, but plenty clear for me. Water resistant and everything appears well made. Have not tried the magnet, but the clip is strong. Light enough that it doesn’t pull on my shirt. As an added bonus, it works great as a Bluetooth tv speaker. I attach it to my pillow and can now hear everything with ease. No more getting screamed at by the wife to turn the tv down. That alone is worth the price of admission. One of the few purchases that I have been totally happy with from the start.

This speaker is so freaking light, I can clip this to my pocket or put this on my shirt and completely forget that it's there. The volume range is crazy, it can be super quiet or can be super loud, this little thing can get CRAZY LOUD. Works super well in my warehouse job, connect super quick and easy. The sound quality is actually pretty decent, for what this little thing can do it really surprised me. The buttons are easy to press and the battery can last a really long time, lasts my whole 10-12hr shift with battery life still left.

I bought the Noxgear speaker to use at my factory job so I can listen to music and podcasts without disturbing others. The magnet is very strong and allows you to put the speaker right under your ear if you want and the clip is also very nice as well. It didn’t slip down when I clipped it to my collar and moved around. The build quality is top notch and the sound is incredible for how light and small it is! My podcasts come in loud and clear and my music sounds great too. I’d say it almost sounds like it has bass lol. I work 12 hour shifts and usually have the speaker around 75% volume and it lasts all day with no problem. Do not buy the cheaper version of this speaker because I did and I promise you that it doesn’t even compare. This one is twice as loud as the cheap one I have that I’ll be returning. Easy set up. If you use the magnet on your shirt you have to be careful not to bump on something or it pulls apart. It stays on perfectly other than bumping. I wear a thin work shirt though. Battery lasts around 6 hours and it takes more than 45mins to charge. Its loud enough. Works great for music and phone calls.it is very light weight. The battery life and charging time is why its only 4 stars. Not good for 10-12 hr work shifts.

This device is so handy, I think everyone should own one. (You know your cellphone audio is so low that you have to stick the end of it into your ear and wow, that looks dumb).1. This Bluetooth portable speaker is small, light, and effective.2. It has a rechargeable battery, not an obscure battery from who knows where it came from.3. It has multiple functions like on/off, volume control, pair (to your phone), battery status, etc.4. Sound comes out of a small speaker, not something you stick in your ear.5. It has a clip to wear the device on your clothing.6. It has a magnetic back to stick it on your refrigerator.7. The device has a VERY reasonable price even compared to cheap ear buds.8. Is it waterproof? Who knows, I'm not going swimming with it.9. It works so well, I bought a second one the minute I tried it.10. No, I don't work for Noxgear ! Never knew that a hands free speaker was available for my Google phone which does NOT have a jack for a headset. Plus I hate using ear buds which interfere with a hearing aid and I no longer have to carry a phone around as I move throughout my living space. This device offers me the option of leaving my cell phone on a charger and I can still get calls. The only time I need to look at my cell is to check on text messages. A different brand speaker was recommended by a family member but I chose this instead b/c I like the option of clipping it onto "whatever"... or using the magnetic attachment to secure it to clothing, etc. It is easy to operate and the battery life is sufficient for at least an entire day of use. The sound quality is very good and I like the option of pressing the + or - buttons to change the volume. The only negative aspect I found for me is that those buttons are located too close to the on/off button at the center and I have disconnected calls on several occasions. So now I have to actually look at the buttons before changing the volume. I also like the quick charge time frame and that an audio voice is heard when turning the unit on/off plus the confirmation that the unit is charged. I highly recommend this little device to any first time user...you will not be disappointed.
