Best honey ever.
This honey is delightful. It's absolutely amazing on toast or in tea. I appreciate the jar mouth instead of a spout.

Good, but not as intense linden flavor as I'd hoped.
Good, but not as intense linden flavor as I'd hoped. Bought some linden (tilleul) honey in Aix en Provence that was the best honey I'd ever tasted. Can't buy it in the US and have been searching for a similar product for the past year. This is quite nice, but not as intense as the French product.

New fav!
I was greatly surprised at how delightful this product is. My first experience with linden honey and I was not disappointed. It is not overly sweet as regular honey and has a hint of citrus to it. I will enjoy this on a regular basis.

Light and sweet
The linden flavor is very prominent although the overall taste remains light. Pretty impressive.

Average as far as Linden Honey goes
I consider myself a honey connoisseur, and this linden honey is just average. It's great for honey in general if that's what you're looking for, but average as far as linden is concerned. I won't buy again.

Love this honey, jar lid was broken. Not a good gift!
Love this honey, it has helped sooth my colitis flare up. The honey is very smooth, creamy, gentle and mildly sweet. I generally put it in my tea, but it's thick and a good spreadable honey for biscuits, bread, waffles or pancakes. This is my 3rd jar, but this order was damaged, the lid to the jar had a piece broken off.

Not your average honey, but a linden honey which is just "fine"
I am huge fan of Linden Honey (coming with Litchi flower honey as my ultimate two top treats). I used to buy Linden honey back "home" from a the who had it in barrels, you poured the quantity you wanted in jars of diverse size and that vendor would refuse to sell on years that were not "appropriate" from their point of view taste-wise (it was quite a treat). So, I HAD to find Linden Honey in the US.This brand is average to good i.e. between a 3 to 4 stars (because there are not many reviews, let's give it a 4) as far as taste goes. The linden flower taste is there, the consistency is a thicker than I am accustom to but surely not quite at the level I remember (which is probably unbeatable). You will still enjoy it and should give it a try (this is not your average honey, just an average linden honey :-) ).
