These are solid glass cups and very sturdy. Nice gift or addition to HP collectibles.

I was twice sent these glasses and both times one of them was broken. I specifically told the customer service rep after the first time to make sure it was packed better (they packed GLASS in a regular cardboard box with no padding at all), and he assured me they would. So he basically lied to me, since they were packed exactly the same both times.Since a different color broke each time, I do now have a full set (plus a few extra) between the two shipments, but this is really unacceptable shipping and handling. As for the glasses themselves, the glass part is fine, but the overlay of the printed Hogwarts Houses is cheesy and already flaking on a couple of them. I am not bothering to return them, since they are serviceable, but would not recommend.

After just a couple of washing, the logos came off. The glasses themselves are very sturdy and a good size, but they were bought for the Harry Potter themed logos. Not recommended.

When I bought these glasses, I was not aware that they were not dishwasher safe. True, it does say that on the bottom of the glass, but who wants glasses for children that cannot go in the dishwasher? One wash and this is what you get. I would not recommend this purchase to anyone with kids (or teens, or adults who don’t feel like handwashing their glasses).

The cups look cool but the color design is already chipping off.

Bought as xmas gift for wife. First time they were washed the paint came off.

I received these as a gift and have been wanting them for ages. However my Ravenclaw one came chipped and since it was a gift I decided to let it slide. Well today I put some ice water in it and the glass cracked all the way down. I love the glasses even though the paint is chipping in spots. Is there a way I can get just a Ravenclaw?

Arrived with all paint chipped off. Didn’t even take out of box!
