adidas Men's Wrestling Reversible Knee Pad (Large, White/Flag)

Sizing for my brother: He is approx. 138 lbs , 5' 5" and medium was perfect for him.My younger brother is pretty good at wrestling and needed new knee pads. The ones he had originally no longer were legal(?)With these new knee pads, he remarked they are MUCH MUCH better than the old knee pads we got him from from a major sports store. The old ones would always slide down and he couldn't do many "shoots". But with these, he can do whatever he wants he says.

I use these knee pads for coaching wrestling 4-5x per week for hours at a time. The fit is great and the comfort is 5 stars. I had bought some neoprene knee pads before and they would always pinch in the back of the knee when flexed and these Adidas knee pads are made of cloth and don't pinch or bunch up at all in the back. It's like night and day as far as comfort goes. These pads also add a level of stability support to the knee as a whole.The material seems very strong and sturdy and should hold up multiple seasons. My son used a pair of cheaper knee pads that used the hexagon pad shape and thin spandex type material and they didn't even last a whole season. The cheap pads were comfortable just not durable. It seems that with the Adidas knee pads you get the best of both worlds - it's made out of more durable material and is also very comfortable. I would recommend these to any wrestler.

The kneepad is a great fit, the only thing that was confusing and almost disappointing was the fact that when you order this, it comes as ONE KNEEPAD. When I was looking at it on Amazon, common sense told me it would be a pack of 2, but it wasn’t. Besides that they are perfect for someone like me who is 5’9 and wrestles 138

Good protection and the sleeves are firm and keep the pads innplace.

BE AWARE that this item (the red, white, and blue knee pads) is sold as a single knee pad, not a pair. I initially thought there was an error and returned it, only to find that my reorder was the same. To have a complete set, you'll need to purchase two. It would be helpful if this was clearly stated in the product description, as it’s unusual for knee pads to be sold individually.

Great product for my wrestler son!

It’s a good looking knee pad but it was too large for my 13 yr old. We decided to go with another knee pad so that it doesn’t slip side to side. We may try it again when he gets bigger.
