Bright colors!
Works better then food coloring and is washable when diluted.

The best!
This liquid watercolor is the absolute best. Definitely worth the price. The color is so vibrant and easy to paint with. I work with kids and teach art classes and this is the only stuff I’ll use. It’s easy to clean too. There’s a trick with watercolor where if you sprinkle salt on it before it’s dry the salt will absorb the water and leave a really cool pattern. When you use regular cake watercolors (the little disks of dry paint in the palettes) this effect doesn’t really work very well but when you use it with this paint it’s AMAZING! You can see the effect in the background of the painting in my photo.

Liquid watercolor
Wish there were more colors. Very messy but colors were vibrant

Recommend
I have always liked colorations. Beautiful colors but not quite as deep as I remembered. A bit diluted perhaps.

Classroom use
Great for the classroom when you want to control the colors the children have access to. I did dilute somewhat.

Better caps needed to manage mess
These paints were used in a middle school art class for painting on watercolor paper. I hoped the colors would be a bit bolder but the kids liked them. My main issue was with the lids. I distributed paint repeatedly over the span of a week or so to about a hundred kids, and with each bit of paint squeezed out, an extra drop or two came out, which doesn't sound like a lot but A) it really adds up, and B) makes a HUGE mess. And when the lid snaps closed it sprays paint so my desk is a huge mess and some students get paint sprayed on their clothes.

One of my favorite art supplies
I have been teaching 3-6 year olds for many years and liquid watercolors are, by far, one of my favorite art supplies. We use them for many projects throughout the year. Sometimes I cut watercolor paper into small squares and have the children use Q-tips as paint brushes and other times I fill spray bottles with the paint and let the children paint on huge paper. There are truly COUNTLESS ways to use this paint.

Good paint
My kids used these paints in water guns to paint that way. It was fun and the paints have no trouble being sprayed out or rinsed away from the toys after use. The colors were bright and pretty too
