First of all - really heavy duty. Solid and well made. So heavy in fact the box barely survived the trip.It has been put together but I have no idea if I used the right screws for the right connection.What makes me doubt my assembly is some of the connections are askew - not fit flush.Funny thing is there are two different allen wrenches for the bolts - yes 5 bolts and they are two different sizes.Because the box was in tatters the product was scratched to the metal in several places - will need to paint so it doesn't rust.A parts list and a simple narrative would go a long way to this product getting 5 stars.

Assembly and installation is pretty easy, especially if your tub is drained. But… if I set it against the tub I can’t properly close my lid, and I couldn’t pull the access panel without removing them. So I set them back a couple of inches. But then they aren’t as stable as I would like. Not terrible, just could be better. Thinking about finding a way to fasten them to my stairs to make them more stable. Worth it to me to avoid the other issues I mentioned. Would recommend.

The large pole was too tight, so it now has scratches from trying to install it into the pole holder. The other problem (which is shown in the picture) is that despite hammering the pole down with a rubber mallet, I could not get the holes to align. Therefore, due to this poor quality - I do not recommend.

Product arrived damaged in shipping, box had obviously been dropped, large tears in box, causing the main support pipe to be dented in at the top edge. Unable to slide two pieces together. Not wanting to ship it back and wait another month for a handle to arrive my son was able to bend out the dent. All that said, product is great. Very sturdy. Stronger than I expected. Swivel feature is great. We chose not to install under hot tub. We have it secured next to hot tub with cinder blocks which we covered with potted plants. Enabling it to be stored in garage during frigid months.
