I tried a brand before this, and didn’t really notice a difference. Read up on what the proper dosage was and that led me here.I am insulin resistant and while I don’t know the specifics of what this does, I will say my appetite seems decreased and I’ve lost about 10lbs so far. My cravings seem to be easier controlled. I don’t know if this is a fluke or not, but I’ll take it!

Después de 2 años y 20 meses de estar tomando pastillas anticonceptivas, mi esposo y yo decidimos comenzar a intentar embarazarnos, asi que compré estas pastillas para desintoxicar mi cuerpo y regular mi ciclo, ya que hace unos años el ginecologo me las había recomendado. Comencé a tomarlo el 24 de septiembre, mi periodo llego el 20 de octubre, solo 27 dias después, y el domingo 17 de noviembre me hice 2 pruebas de embarazo, las cuales salieron positives. I got signs of a period naturally
I was diagnosed with pcos and was on bc for 6 months but didn't like the effects, so I started journey with myo inositol. My original pills were currently unavailable andCame across these. With my previous pills they helped cope my pcos symptoms but I never got a period. On day 3 of taking these pills that are ok to swallow and have no flavor so not too bad. I had spotting and then some cramping that is the most I have had in years naturally. I am very happy will continue to purchase.

Great price and everything but way too much for me. Since starting it I e been getting my period every 2 weeks. Will have to switch back to the more expensive one I was taking previously
