It is really effective without taking any pills, it gives me the sleep i need.
This spray is very important for my nighttime routine. I’m usually tossing and turning, but with this, I start to wind down almost immediately. I love that it combines melatonin, GABA, and 5-HTP. Doesn't work.
Product does not work!!!! A waste of money, not eligible for return, only if box was defective, I used for 2 nights and it,did not help me to sleep, save your money, this product is bogus.

This spray has really helped!
I was struggling with waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep. It’s easy to keep on my nightstand, and I don’t have to fully wake up to take it. Just a couple of sprays, and I’m back to sleep quickly.

It really doesn’t work
I should had listen to other reviewers. This product doesn’t work, I couldn’t sleep all night after using this product. I am very disappointed and frustrated for not reading and listening to others. To make matters worse I can’t return it for credit.

It works. But...
It does put me to sleep. I just wish it lasted through the whole night. 6-8 sprays usually keep me asleep for about 4-5 hours. Then I have to use 3-4 additional sprays to achieve a full night of sleep.
