Why did you pick this product vs others?:My husband and I hadn’t had the easiest TTC journey due to my having PCOS. After trying for well over a year to have my daughter, we wanted to try for Baby #2. We’d been trying for about 6-7 months and I had been testing using ovulation strip kits. Pretty quickly I came to the determination that I was never getting a peak. I took this supplement the first cycle, nothing. Figured I was getting my hopes up for nothing. The second cycle taking this, I ovulated!! That was huge for me since I never saw a peak before. That cycle we ended up pregnant. Full disclosure, that pregnancy did end in a miscarriage however I do not attribute that to any fault of the supplement. Our doctors reassured us it was common and could happen to anyone. We plan on using to try again in the future, but to me it was worth it just to see the positive ovulation test. Gave me hope again when I was extremely down and out from trying with no luck.

I started using this supplement after talking with my doctor about hormone fluctuations, and I can definitely tell a difference. Sleep feels more stable, and mood swings are less intense around my cycle. I like that it’s plant-based and doesn’t cause any grogginess or weird side effects. Only reason for 4 stars is the labeling could be a little clearer about timing/dosage, especially for first-time users. But overall, a solid option for natural hormone support

I am trying to conceive and have been tracking my cycle for a few years but recently read TCOYF and found out my cycle is abnormal. A typical and healthy luteal phase is 11-16 days long while mine was averaging about 8 days, last cycle it was 6 which is REALLY bad. This is usually due to low progesterone so I decided to try this supplement. This cycle my luteal phase (I haven’t gotten my period yet) is already 10 days!!! I will add photos of my charts to my review and I hope this gives someone enough reason to buy this product because it clearly works. Also, my sex drive around ovulation was A LOT higher than normal. This is a great supplement and natural— I will keep using during my luteal phase until I see two little lines!!!

***Just to send some encouragement, I posted this originally when I was barely testing positive for pregnant, but holding my breath in that vulnerable early detection window.. Turns out.. It wasn’t a chem, no early miscarriage, I’m currently in my second trimester. Monitor your body, just tune in with all of Proov’s resources.
