Q: What's the resistance strength of the green?

Q: What length do you cut these in to give to clients?

It depends on the resistance you want. Our exercise class cut ours into 3 foot lengths. This length allows us to tie them around our ankles for leg exercises. For upper body/arm we simply wrap around our hands to shorten for the resistance we can handle.

Q: I would like to use these in my yoga class that i teach. which color would be best? i am thinking orange (light) or blue (medium) ???

The most common would be blue but for a light resistance orange.

Q: What is the thickness of your bands?

We bought the Blue-Medium, Purple-Heavy, Black 1X-Heavy and Red 2X-Heavy so we could work up to higher and higher levels of resistance. None of these are very "thick" but the resistance is in the density of each. Blue states "medium" and is fairly easy depending on how short or long you use the band. The Red has a good deal of resistance. Hope this helps.
