This book offers up a great variety of different types of foods that you can make with a good variety of ingredients. Of all the ones that I have tried from this book, I haven't found one that was hard to do and all of them were simply amazing. I love how easy it is to read this book and storing it is a breeze. I know that a lot of people have gotten away from actual cookbooks in favor of online versions, but this is truly one of those books that can and should be passed down among generations for great meals! Awesome
I'm fast becoming a huge fan of culinary author Vesela Tabakova. Here she shows you how to make delicious and nutritious 'super' salads - salads that are extra good for you. I've tried out some recipes and so far so great. There's many recipes and a lot of value here. If you like salads you should check this out - I thought I had tried every salad there was until I read this. Recommended.

This has information for people new to what good is and can do for your health. The recipes are basicand many are the same salads you would find at Whole Foods at the deli counter. I personally think it would beeasier to read the food info and then buy them at already made! :)

Delicious in every season
The salad recipes offer many opportunities for investing in one's health and enjoying the entire process. Most ingredients are readily available, although some are seasonal for best taste and quality. What a nice collection for anyone interested in their healthy choices.

I think I have hi lighted and saved just about every recipe in this book. I can’t wait to try them! I loved reading it and the extra nutritional info in the beginning.

Not sure why I'm reviewing this book, I never ordered it and never received it. Thought I may have made a drunk purchase but just checked my Amazon orders and I never ordered this book. Looks like a great book, may just have to order it.

wonderful salad recipes book
Super foods are foods that not only provide energy to body but they heal and protect from environmental hazards, aging and illness. As they are all low calories, fat, and carbohydrates. This book provides 70 recipes all prepared with super foods ingredients. I loved the Italian chicken salad with the delicious Parmesan cheese “My Favorite”.

The recipes are basic
the ingredients are hard to find in my local grocery store.The recipes are not that Healthy eithermost is what we already know, nothing really new to me
