This is a beautiful puzzle. The pictures are clear and the pieces are clean and well made. It comes with a full puzzle size poster which is a great bonus. I had a missing piece and the company responded and remedied immediately. So, also fantastic customer service!

This puzzle is beautiful! The letters on the back of the puzzle pieces helped put it together without making it too easy.

The finish on the surface of this lovely puzzle is second to none. It's clear, and the matte finish is much better than the usual high gloss finish. The color gradient made assembly of the sky quite easy. The pieces easily slipped into their correct place, and even if the place was wrong, the pattern on the back quickly confirmed whether a mistake had been made.I did have 2 missing pieces, and I spent the morning cleaning the area around where I assemble puzzles, only to happily find one of the pieces. The other is still missing. 😢I will be contacting the company in the hope that they can find my orphan piece.***update***I contacted the company about the missing puzzle piece, and they very quickly offered to replace it (and the surrounding pieces). In this day and age of companies who lack customer service, the rapid and comprehensive response to my problem was refreshing! My review cannot express just how wonderful they have been to me! Thank you again, Jaanus!One other thing. The 1/1 poster is nice, but waaaaay too big. I prefer a 1/6 or so size, it's easier to manage. The included postcard size picture was helpful, but a slightly larger one would be nice.

I haven’t done puzzles since I was a kid but recent surgery gave me time off work and not much to do, so I ordered Sunset on the Lake and I love it. Thus far I have done 2 and they are beautiful! I plan to frame them and just ordered Swans on the Evening Lake. When I did Blooming Cherry Trees, I was missing a piece. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded the next day with several options to make things right. Turns out, the missing piece was found after I emailed them, but their quick response and willingness to help showed me I made the right choice in selecting a puzzle from them.

This puzzle was well made and stays together when snapped into place. Thickness is just right and the picture color is good. I would recommend this product.

I find Wishdiam puzzles to be very well made. Pieces snap together and are very sturdy. Pictures are clear and colorful. Pieces cut to perfection.
