In clumping litter, my cat is peeing the size of a flat quarter. Any chance of me getting a sample out of that, this way?

This litter can be rinsed with water and soap and reused about 5 times.

How much litter is this package in terms of volume? How many cups?

The package gives a small amount of about one cup. So I use 2 or 3 packages to get enough in the litter box so my cat will use it. It does work well and it is easy to draw out the urine
