I am all about well-groomed and healthy-looking hands so I had to try this product when I seen it. My hands get very very dry in the winter time living in Michigan so I had to give this product a try. I put my hand softener and cuticle softener on as I set it in the machine and it works good. The machine steams up very well the hand vibration is super relaxing.

It's good for soothing hands I like it , but the cover falls of it's not stable sometimesAnd recommend it for home use not a salon as I ordered it to try if it's good for my salon but I think it's not a heavy-duty

Steam gets a little intense on my knuckles. Vibration is strong but nice. Red light-well I am not sure if that is doing anything? Would I buy it again? No not for my pain issues but for a nice beauty spa day at home its fine.

This didn’t work for my skin. My hands didn’t feel any more moisturized. The reservoir was small so I had to keep refilling it. The steam stays near the rear of the product. Each time I went to store it, the pieces would fall apart since the don’t really lock in, they just sit together like puzzle pieces.

I do not understand all the negative comments about this product. I received it the other day and put cuticle oil on my cuticle and hand cream on and used the sauna. It is wonderful! Where has this thing been all my life! My hands are extremely dry and my cuticles are horrible, but after using this my hands looked like brand new! Try this you will love it.

I was so excited to use this, but it does nothing to help my hands or pain. I’m very unhappy. The directions says to fill the cup they provide only once and it warns you not to overfill it. Which I followed , but then hardly any steams comes out and not for long. I thought this machine was going to be a therapy I could use for my aching wrists, fingers and hands. But I feel no better.

I recently visited my doctor. My hands are hurting for years and the only thing that seems to help is a visit to my local sauna. But that's not a daily option. This is so great. My hands are way better, so relaxed and a lot less hurtfull. The one thing that could be better is the steam, I'm a man with large hands and the steam has a hard time to get out so it gets hot. But I've you turn it off for a minute and then on again it's a good experience. So I say why do I have to order abroad? Make it available in Europe!
