I requested a return of the solar shower notifying Mr Patel that it was still in its original packaging unopened. What should have been a simple return and refund took four weeks of messaging asking when I would receive my refund. Thank you AMAZON A to Z team for stepping in and getting my money back. I cannot in all sincerity recommend Mr Patels business model and I would be worried about using a Chinese imported product with regards to its ability to satisfy British Safety Standards.

The media could not be loaded. Despite looking good initially. This is a rubbish product don’t buy. Any claims for it to be solar powered are false it’s just a black tank which does not heat the water!! Worse though is the fact that the lower section casing split down it’s entire length rendering it inoperable!! Comms with seller we’re difficult and despite video and photographic evidence they stated their engineer disagreed and offered £30 for me to fix ?? It’s a sealed moulded plastic section that cannot be fixed !! Rubbish product and shoddy seller

After the second use, it exploded and it's a miracle that no one was hurt. The merchant uses all kinds of arguments not to return the money. Do not buy this garbage, and it is not known whether you will get your money back. We have been waiting for an answer from the merchant for a month now!!!

DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANTED SOLAR POWER, NOT SOLAR POWER AND NO WAY OF ADDING SOLAR POWER. AND SEEMS THAT CUSTOMERS DONT GET A REFUND, so unless you like cold showers DON'T but it!
