especially if you are in the industry this is a great book

Memorable Book
It was so good that throughout reading it I’ve taken notes, and I don’t do that often. Everybody working in any domain that involves customer service should read this book. It’s a must!!! I will definitely re read it several more times, and come back to it, time to time.
